After closing, a member of our team will contact you to discuss adopting a pet from a partner shelter.
You'll have a generous six months post-closing to visit a partner shelter and go through their application process. (Please note, final approval is at the discretion of the shelter).
If you're approved, Scott Heichert Homes will cover your pet adoption fees! (Note: You'll need to cover the cost of any additional pet supplies).
If now isn't the right time for a pet, no problem! We'll direct the adoption fee to the shelter as a client gift in your name.
